so i soaked my laundry for 24 hours... in the bathtub... then i washed the laundry again...

end result: out of 33 items, 22 of them came out of the wash green free! only 11 were left with little to a lot of green.. mainly my delicates.. and a couple of lacey's plain white shirts... not too bad, if i say so myself..so here is the recipe for getting out crayon:
2 capfuls of tide
1 cap full of oxi clean
1 cap full of clorox 2
1/4 cup of borax
1/2 cup of zout
1/2 cup of vinegar
*** i am going to re-soak my the other 11 items and see if i can get anymore out of them***

Holy cow! Thats all I have to say. And I loathe laundry as much as you and I don't separate either, there I said it! And I don't check pockets... I may want to rethink that after reading your post!
