i have never been a good baker.. ever.. i've tried and tried.. and every time it doesn't turn out.. it doesn't rise.. it's over baked.. it's under baked.. whatever can happen, happens.. BUT the fact that i suck at baking has not stopped me from trying over and over again.. and this week i have baked banana pound cake and now apple pie.. and both were a SUCCESS! so yes i am a little proud tonight..
