this christmas was a lot of fun.. the kids are now old enough to really enjoy and get in the christmas spirit.. to be honest i was kinda dreading the christmas break from school, but it actually ended up being quite enjoyable (so far). i tried to have some type of christmas craft or activity for each day.. we saw santa.. made gingerbread houses.. baked cookies.. went and looked at lights.. read books.. read the christmas story.. wrapped presents.. watched movies.. spent a lot of time together... it was nice. and from the looks of these pictures, both of my little ones at some point this year made it onto santa's nice list.. lucky them.. this christmas was great. and i am a little sad that it is over, i have lost all 'blackmailing power' over these children now.. got start getting creative i guess! all in all we had a wonderful christmas full of family, friends, food, fun and SNOW! :)

Tell Thayne the dollhouse looks great. Sorry I never saw you again over the holidays. But I'll be back soon probably with Maggie, and I know she'll want to come over!
